Sarah is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who is passionate about movement and athletic disciplines. She has taken additional training in advanced anatomy and advanced power training. Her approach is to create space for her students to explore their relationship with themselves on the physical, mental and spiritual level as a balanced method to enable continuous growth of our ever-evolving best selves. She challenges her students to meet their physical edge with friendliness and compassion and invites her students to practice listening to their bodies and their breath. Sarah will be guiding you through a slow flow and incorporate hip opening, strength and confidence building postures into the sequence.
Philippe is a dedicate movement enthusiast and has clocked in roughly 10 thousand hours of teaching in the past 10 years. Philippe blends his knowledge of various disciplines such as gymnastics, martial arts, dance as well as philosophy in a very creative approach to the practice of yoga. Be ready to be challenged, if you seek to achieve your potential and strive for greatness, you are in the right place. Follow your breath and honor your body and achieve balance – the root to progression and growth. Philippe likes tailoring each class as he teaches according to the students’ needs by providing lots of variations and options for all levels of practice.
